It started as a love for food and grew into a passion for not only cooking but for seeing the smiles on those who I was blessed enough to serve. Growing up we had enough to live on, but not much to indulge in. There were definitely a few tug-o-wars for the 'chapatis' at the dinner table from time to time. I loved food so passionately that I followed it throughout my life, and thankfully, because it led me to the most amazing things. Food led me to my wife, to America, and eventually to my very own Catering company
