JR Dessert Bakery was founded in 1979 by Janet Rosing, a graduate of Chicago’s Art Institute, with the goal of baking gourmet desserts that look as good as they taste. For more than 35 years, JR Dessert Bakery has prided itself on using only high quality and all-natural ingredients in baked goods for restaurants, specialty shops, and food service businesses throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond. We regularly collaborate with chefs, caterers, and retailers to design products and dessert menus for a variety of events and businesses
