I am a certified make-up artist from Gower studios, Hollywood, CA. I was born and raised in Rawalpindi/ Pakistan. I got my formal education in Economics and English literature and moved to IL/USA in 2000. I have taken various hairstyling classes in Pakistan including a bridal hair class from "Looks by Kinza" in NJ. Soon after I moved I realized my passion for doing makeup, so I went and did my certification in beauty makeup and special effects. I started my work life managing the makeup department of the well-renowned salon and spa Mario Tricoci, Vernon Hills, IL. NJ brought me into retail/ makeup service with Neiman Marcus as a product specialist and later a regional artist for Trish Mc Evoy.I worked for various brands like Chanel, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown and Nars to name a few. I have a vast experience in bridal and non-bridal makeup and hair. My aesthetic style is soft, fresh, timeless & elegant yet I am skilled in creating any desirable looks. I enhance my client's natural beauty, making them feel like the best version of themselves. My journey through the years has sharpened my expertise to give service to people from diverse ethnicities. It enabled me to enhance my makeup skills on various skin tones. I have always believed that there is beauty in everyone and makeup is just a tool to enhance those natural features and make them look unique and special. I take pride in the work I do and never compromise on the quality of service and products. I render makeup and hair services at my studio in Bridgewater NJ and travel to local and international/destination weddings
