Studio East6 is a concept in which "Eastern couture meets Western allure." Within the first purchasing trip to India, it was hard not to notice the locals referring to America as the 'West' and India as the 'East'. The 'East' was a perfect reference to help conceptualize the brand. The idea behind "6" was also quite simple. We find it undeniably true that six yards of unstitched fabric, when draped properly, can make every lady look elegant. That is why you often hear the saree described as: "6 yards of splendor; 6 yards of sophistication; 6 yards that define the beauty of a woman." Hence the concept of Studio East6 was born. Studio East6 also believes in giving back to the community to various organizations that are near and dear to our heart. This year we will be donating a percentage of sales to the Alzheimer's Association to assist in finding a cure.
