Weldone events is a full service event management company that comes with a deep experience of managing several events. Our experience in the past includes designing and managing several large and small scale events that include, wedding planning, wedding coordination, sweet sixteen’s, half saree function, anniversaries , birthday’s , singing and musical events, celebrity events and multiple fun events. Typically, every event no matter big or small needs a design /concept that includes managing multiple vendors that include Decorations, choice of Cuisine, Banquet hall options, DJ, Sound, Lighting, Emcee’s, Seating , Live Singers, Entertainers, Photography and Video management etc to address each client’s specific requirements. Given each client’s budget, taste and the desired impact they would like, we present options to choose from and choices to make. Since we deal with tens of vendors each with specific expertise and specialization, we always pick and come up with options that best suit you. My name is Srikantha Akula and I am the lead event planner & designer of Weldone Events. For years I knew that planning events was my calling due to the fact that I would plan detailed timelines months in advance to see my vision executed. I have always had a niche for anything that had to do with art, expression, and design to show my creative ability. Over the years I have planned and executed numerous events. As your event professional I enjoy every aspect of planning, designing invitations, customizing decor, creating a unique entertainment structure, including the best fit for the venue, photo and videographer to ensure we leave lasting impressions.
